Ingredients:
1.Idli rava -2 cup
2.Cucumber – 2 medium size
3.Dill leaves – finely chopped 1/2 cup
4.Indin lima beans – 1/2 cup ( optional)
5.Green chillies -4 or 5
6.Ginger – Half inch grated
- Coconut – 1/2 cup shredded
- Coriander leaves few
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for greasing idli plates.
- Banana leaves for steaming idli ( optional)
METHOD : - wash cucumber peel off skin and grate it in a large bowl.
- Wash dill leaves and coriander chop it fine and add it to a same bowl.
- Add fresh indian lima beans
- Grind chillies, ginger, coconut salt ,take the paste to a bowl.
- Finally add idli rava, curd and mix well.you may add 1/4 cup of water.
- Let it rest for an half hour.
- keep ready steamer by having water at base.
- Grease the idli plates with little oil or spread the banana leaves over plate then add idli batter.
- Steam it for 15 min.
- serve hot with ghee and coconut chutney.
