Banana date smoothie is refreshing energy drink which boosts your energy level instantly. This is simple to make with less ingredients and time.

Ingredients:
1.Banana -1
2.Milk -1 cup
3.Dates -4
5.Vanilla essence -1/4 tbsp (optional)
6.Sugar or honey – 1 tbsp

Method:
1.Cut the banana and dates into small pieces.
2.Blend it with sugar for a while then add chilled milk.
3.Additionally can add 2 drops of vanilla bean or essence and stir.
4.Banana date smoothie is ready.
